Office Manger (NOC: 32104) will be doing the following duties:

• Positioning small animals for x-rays, and process lab specimens such as blood work, urinalysis, and tissue samples.
• Utilize low-stress restraint and handling methods to keep animals secure during physical exams, blood draws, and medical treatments.
• Prepare operating rooms and surgical packs, monitor vitals under general anesthesia, and manage post-surgical recovery care.
• Calculate exact dosages and administer oral, topical, and inject able medications, intravenous fluids, and routine vaccinations as prescribed.
• Assist veterinarians with routine dental cleanings, scaling, polishing, and oral procedure preparations.
• Explain discharge instructions, post-procedure home care, medication schedules, and nutritional guidelines clearly to pet owners.
• Log treatment histories, record diagnostic test results, and manage identification details in the clinic database.
• Assist with hospital inventory tracking, reordering essential clinical supplies, and performing general daily practice administration.
