Job Responsibilities:
- Prepared and cooked chicken, sandwiches, fries, and other menu items according to Mary Brown's recipes and quality standards.
- Marinated, breaded, and cooked chicken using commercial fryers while maintaining proper cooking temperatures.
- Prepared ingredients by washing, cutting, measuring, and portioning food items for daily operations.
- Monitored food quality, freshness, and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Followed food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, including safe food handling and storage procedures.
- Operated and maintained commercial kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, and food preparation tools.
- Managed inventory levels, rotated stock using FIFO methods, and reported shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
- Maintained a clean and organized kitchen by sanitizing workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout each shift.
- Coordinated with team members to prepare customer orders efficiently during busy service periods.
- Assisted with receiving food supplies, checking deliveries, and storing products according to company standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 2 – 3 years related experience of Cook.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and with team too.
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities.
- Have good communication skills.
