Wage rate: $38.50/hour for 40 hours/week.

Benefits: 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period. 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Minimum 1 years to less than 2 years

Language: English.

Job Duties: 

• Operate cranes to lift, move, and position construction materials, equipment, and formwork components.
• Inspect cranes, controls, cables, hooks, and safety devices before operation.
• Assess load weights, crane capacity, and site conditions before performing lifts.
• Coordinate with riggers, signal persons, supervisors, and site workers during lifting operations.
• Follow hand signals and radio instructions to safely position loads.
• Monitor crane performance and report mechanical or operational problems.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of crane equipment.
• Maintain a safe operating area and follow construction-site safety procedures.
