Position - Food Service Supervisor
- Location - 95 Gwich'in Road, Inuvik, NT, X0E 0T0
- Salary - $23.50 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
- Terms of employment - Permanent employment Full time
Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
Applicant will be performing the following duties:
- Make work schedules and establish methods to meet those schedules
- Providing the staff necessary training when required
- Making sure that sanitation and safety procedures are being followed properly
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who will prepare food
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies and place inventory orders on time
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Prepare Summaries and Reports.
