Full-Time Permanent Position

Hourly Rate: $36.50 per hour
Work Location: On-site
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Education

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years; or Equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.

Work Location

  • This position requires work to be completed at the physical location no remote wrok option

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the flow of information within the office.

  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other materials.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court-related engagements.

  • Maintain and organize filing systems and records.

  • Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, conferences, and other proceedings.

  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.

  • Arrange travel, prepare related itineraries, and make reservations.

  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and other administrative documents.

  • Prepare, proofread, and key in correspondence, legal documents, reports, and other materials.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and legal information.

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required.
