Pay: $23/hour
Full-time: 35 hours/week
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, starting at 4:00 AM
Location Falkland, British Columbia- Work location On site

- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
About the Role
We are looking for person with preferred knowledge of Eastern European sausage making, meats, spices, and traditional cooking methods that would fit within our team smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience in making authentic Eastern European sausages while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety.
Requirements
- Candidates with experience in making eastern European sausage will be given preference
- On the job training is provided as well
- Experience in sausage making and meat processing, cutting etc
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available Tuesday–Saturday, starting at 4:00 AM.

Duties:
- Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials throughout plant and warehouse manually, or with powered equipment
- Measure and dump ingredients and make sausage by hand with European Technics
- manually pack goods into bags, boxes or other containers
- Clean work areas and equipment
- Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
- Assist process control to Head Sausage Maker
