Terms of Employment:
Contract/ Full-time 40 hours/week paid at $24.83/hr
Duration of Contract: 12 months
Job Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps and dirt
- Enpty thrash cans and other waste containers
- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance
- Perform minor repairs , safety and security checks
- Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs
- Water and tend to plants, lawns and gardens
- Clean and disenfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
- Work with minimal supervision
Work Condition:

- Handling heavy loads
- Physically demanding
- Bending, crouching and kneeling
Job requirements:
- At least a high school graduate or it's equivalent foreign graduates
- Work Experience of at least 1 to 7 months of work experience in similar capacity
- Criminal Record Check (Proof)
