Salary: CDN $45/hr for 30 to 40 hours a week

Job requirements: -

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to 2 years

Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Job Duties:

• Oversee, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of the establishment
• Manage staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
• Review market research and industry trends to assess consumer demand, forecast sales, and evaluate competitor impact
• Determine merchandise and services to be offered, and establish pricing and credit policies
• Source merchandise and negotiate with vendors as required
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies
• Plan budgets, approve expenditures, and track revenue performance
• Assess and enhance customer service standards, responding to customer requests and resolving issues
• Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, development, and retention of employees
