Home Child Care Provider

 

Liu's family in Unionville, Ontario is looking for a Home Child Care Provider in the employer home to take care of the children.

 

Job Duties:

1. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
2. Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
3. Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
4. Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
5. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
6. Organize, activities such as games and outings for children
7. Prepare and serve nutritious meals
8. Supervise and care for children
9. Tend to emotional well-being of children

 

Job Details:

1. Salary: $22.00 per hour, 30 hours per week
2. Employment Type: Terms or contract; Full-time
3. Work Location: 31 Rembrandt Dr, Unionville, ON L3R 5W1
4. Work Site Environment: Non-smoking, Scent free

 

Requirements:

1. Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
2. Minimum 7 months' previous experience related to child care is required; completion of a training program in child care or a related field would be preferred.
3. First Aid Certificate; CPR Certificate would be an asset.
4. Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
5. Must be patient, honest, reliable, organized and flexible.
