Downtown Squamish Pub Ltd DBA Sunny Chibas is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Squamish, British Columbia.

Employment Requirements
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- 1-2 Years of experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong leadership, organizational, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Job Duties
- Assist in planning, organizing, and evaluating daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise restaurant staff and coordinate their daily activities.
- Prepare staff schedules and assign duties according to operational requirements.
- Train employees and monitor their performance.
- Analyze operating budgets and identify ways to maintain and improve restaurant profitability.
- Develop budgets for food, ingredients, beverages, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies.
- Monitor revenues, expenses, inventory levels, and labour costs.
- Review food preparation methods and recommend adjustments to menu prices based on costs and budgets.
- Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Calculate the cost of products and services.
- Organize and maintain inventory and arrange the ordering of necessary supplies.
- Ensure that food safety, workplace health, and safety regulations are followed.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service and help maintain a positive dining experience.
- Negotiate with clients regarding catering services or the use of restaurant facilities.
