Operations manager, restaurant

 

RKS’ House of Dosa Ltd, located at 1391 Kingsway, Vancouver, B.C., V5V 3E3, is looking for a full–time Operations Manager, Restaurant. The candidate should have at least one year of experience and a degree in a relevant field

Pay is $38.50 per hour.

This is a permanent full-time position with 35 to 40 hours per week. We will also consider candidates who wish to work part-time only.

Education

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Some of the duties of the Operations Manager, Restaurant are:

• Monitor revenues to determine labor costs

• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
