Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years as a as a landscape or horticulture supervisor or 2 years as a landscape or horticulture technician is required
Work site environment: Outdoors
Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer
Job Duties:
– Delegating tasks and overseeing the use of tools and equipment.
– Training new crew members.
– Assessing progress and making recommendations.
– Ensuring all crew members obey health and safety regulations at all times.
– Completing landscape design and construction.
– Overseeing maintenance of lawns and gardens, and ensuring proper use of pesticides, fertilizers, or other chemicals.
– Completing inventory checks and equipment inspections.
– Preparing spreadsheets and other documents.
– Providing cost, material, equipment, and time estimates.
– May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
