Brentwood Auto Detailing proudly serves Burnaby, Vancouver, and nearby communities with paint protection film, ceramic coating, window tint, paint correction, and professional auto detailing. We focus on practical vehicle protection and careful finish work, helping drivers maintain daily drivers, luxury vehicles, and enthusiast cars to a higher standard. We are looking for an Auto detailing shop manager to join our team.

 

Position: Auto detailing shop manager

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Hourly Wage: $38.50- $39.50 (Depends on qualification and work experience)

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Working Location:  4045 2nd Avenue, Burnaby, BC, V5C 3X1

Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and oversee the daily operations of the auto detailing facility, including interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), and window tint services.
• Supervise, schedule, train and evaluate detailing technicians, PPF installers and window tint technicians to ensure quality workmanship and timely service.
• Develop and implement operating procedures, quality control standards and customer service policies.
• Manage staffing, inventory, equipment purchases and operating budgets to support efficient shop operations.
• Coordinate customer appointments, monitor workflow and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Resolve customer concerns, maintain client relationships and promote premium detailing services to support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.

 

Qualification:

• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• A college diploma or vocational certificate in the subject of instruction is preferred.
• Three years of experience in the service being offered are usually required.

• Ability to work in a team and self-motivated.
• English is required.
