General Farm Workers

EMPLOYER: Global Maple Ridge Agro Ltd                   

LOCATION OF WORK –24205 Alouette Rd, Maple Ridge, B.C V4R 1R8

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Full time, Permanent

Positions: 06

BENEFITS:As per employment standards act, 10 days of paid vacation; Accommodation will be provided.

EXPERIENCE: No experience required; basic training will be provided.

EDUCATION: No education required.

WAGE RATE: $18.30 per hour, Minimum of 40 hours per week.

JOB DUTIES:

• Plant, fertilize, Cultivate, Spray, irrigate and harvest crops
• Cleaning and preparing working areas;
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment;
• Loading and unloading produce and supplies for transport;
• Examine produce for quality and prepare for market
• Report to and follow directions from farm supervisor.
