Responsibilities
Tasks

- Manage cash handling, including reconciliations and daily financial reporting.
- Recruit, train, and arrange ongoing training for all staff members.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to support staff development.
- Actively participate in sales and assist customers with product selection.
- Assign duties and schedules to sales associates to ensure efficient store operations.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet demand.
- Organize and maintain accurate store inventory records.
- Resolve customer complaints, requests, and operational issues such as supply shortages.
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate store staff
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Supervise and coordinate all worker activities to maintain compliance and efficiency.
