Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or Post secondary degree in hospitality management or related
3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry an asset
Supervisor / management experience an asset
Language of Work: English
Duties:
Managing resort staff - housekeeping, desk staff, cleaning staff
Assist in hiring and retainment
Oversee day to day operations
Assist in managing customer relations/complaints
Oversee bookings, guest experience, policy development and implementation
Maintain inventory
Manage work schedules
Manage external events
