Responsibilities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify customer demand and sales opportunities.
- Select the products and services offered based on customer needs and business goals.
- Establish pricing, credit terms, and sales policies.
- Source and purchase inventory from suppliers for resale.
- Prepare budgets and monitor sales, revenue, and operating expenses.
- Assess staffing needs and coordinate workforce planning.
- Resolve customer concerns, supply shortages, and day-to-day operational issues.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and support staff in their daily responsibilities.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
· Plan, oversee, and evaluate the performance of sales operations and sales teams.
