Job Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the organization's daily administrative operations.
- Develop and implement recruitment, hiring, and onboarding strategies.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve organizational objectives.
- Establish and maintain office procedures and administrative workflows.
- Plan and monitor departmental budgets and operational expenditures.
- Organize meetings, seminars, and conferences, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
- Manage employee training and professional development initiatives.
- Evaluate operational performance and recommend process improvements.
- Recruit, interview, and hire employees while managing staffing activities.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, statistics, and administrative documentation.
- Create and maintain both electronic and paper-based filing and information management systems.
- Coordinate daily office activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
