Crystal Cleaning Whistler is currently seeking a Cleaning Service Manager (NOC 60040) to join our team in Whistler.

This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week) with a wage of $37.00-40.00 per hour  (depending on experience) and 4% vacation pay. Please note that benefits are not provided. Start date: As soon as possible.

As a Cleaning Service Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following duties:

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of an establishment providing residential cleaning
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
  • Plan and control budget and inventory
  • Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
  • Hire, train and supervise staff.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma required; post-secondary education (college diploma or university degree) in management or a related field is considered an asset
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in residential or commercial cleaning or related service industry
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team 
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active work environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Flexibility: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
  • References: Must be able to provide at least one recent professional reference
