Wages: $50.13/hour, 32 hours/week
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize direct, control, and evaluate the operations of security department in the company.
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing security, concierge, records management, human resource and administrative services.
- Manage events and instruct staff engaged in different work categories such as security, concierge, and other related services.
- Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the establishment.
- Plan administer and control budgets for contracts of security, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare reports for evaluating security and administrative services.
- Interview, hire and oversee training for staff, concierge and checking of their security licenses.
- Conduct analysis and oversee administrative operations related to security contracts
- Oversee Security procedures, which company is providing security services and determine number of concierges, security guards to appoint at locations.
- Oversee the enforcement of by-laws in place by both the strata and some city by-laws that pertain to the city streets.
Requirements:
- College Diploma is required
- 2-3 Year of Experience Required
- Language-English
- Security Guard License
