Food and Beverage Server

 

Toad River Lodge is seeking a friendly and dependable Food and Beverage Server to join our team in Toad River, British Columbia. The successful candidate will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, process payments and provide excellent customer service in a remote lodge restaurant.

Job Location: Mile 422 Alaska Highway, Toad River, BC V0C 2X0 (On-site)
Salary: $19.00/hour, 40 hours/week
Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Schedule: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift
Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirements

Languages: English
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Job Duties

• Present bills and accept cash, credit, debit and room payments.
• Describe menu items and daily specials.
• Advise guests on menu selections.
• Greet guests and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• Serve food and beverages.
• Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Work Conditions

Fast-paced environment; standing for extended periods.
