Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience
Job Duties:
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily work of drywall installers and construction helpers on residential and commercial job sites.
- Assign duties to workers and ensure work is completed properly and on time.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and work orders to plan drywall layout, material requirements, and job site workflow.
- Inspect completed drywall work to ensure quality standards, measurements, safety rules, and project specifications are met.
- Requisition and arrange materials, tools, equipment, and supplies required for drywall projects.
- Train workers in job duties, safe work practices, proper equipment use, and company procedures.
- Resolve work-related issues on site and report project progress, delays, or material shortages to management.
- Coordinate work with general contractors, other trades, suppliers, and clients when required.
- Maintain daily records of labour, materials used, work completed, and site progress.
- Ensure all workers follow company policies and occupational health and safety regulations.
