Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and recommend technology-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and system performance.
  • Design, configure, and support the implementation of information systems that align with business objectives and client requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, process workflows, and system documentation for technical teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance on information systems architecture, governance, service delivery, and technology best practices.
  • Conduct business process analysis, gap assessments, and solution validation to ensure successful system implementation.
  • Assess operational, technical, and security risks associated with information systems and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to system governance, security, quality assurance, and change management.
  • Coordinate with software development and QA teams throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) to ensure functional requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Plan, execute, and document functional, integration, user acceptance (UAT), and system testing activities while tracking and resolving identified defects.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of software applications, business processes, and information systems to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Investigate and resolve functional issues, system defects, and client concerns by coordinating with cross-functional technical teams.
  • Prepare user guides, process documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support end users and business operations.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage conflicting priorities, and provide practical recommendations to achieve project objectives.
  • Deliver post-implementation support, monitor system performance, and recommend continuous improvements based on client feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and information security best practices.
