Salary: 68,000 to 78,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 35 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time (Night Shift)

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule all night-shift staff to ensure smooth and efficient overnight operations of the car wash facility.
• Act as the on-site shift in-charge during overnight hours, ensuring full operational control of the facility.
• Assign duties to employees, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Oversee opening, closing, and securing of premises during night operations, including activation and monitoring of security systems.
• Monitor customer service interactions, resolve service issues, and ensure consistent service quality during reduced-staff hours.
• Authorize routine transactions, refunds, and adjustments in accordance with company policies and night-shift operational limits.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy, security, and accountability during overnight shifts.
• Train and guide night staff on operational procedures, workplace safety, emergency response procedures, and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of wash equipment, vacuum stations, and facility premises to ensure safe and continuous operation throughout the shift.
• Coordinate immediate maintenance response for equipment breakdowns and report issues to management or service technicians.
• Maintain inventory levels of cleaning chemicals, retail items, and operational supplies required for uninterrupted night operations.
• Prepare detailed shift reports including sales, incidents, maintenance issues, staffing updates, and operational concerns.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, workplace security protocols, and company standards at all times.
• Monitor facility security systems (CCTV/alarms) and respond to any unauthorized access, safety risks, or emergency situations.
• Support management in implementing operational improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction during night operations.
