 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail sales staff and cashiers.
Assign duties and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient store operations.
Hire and train new employees on store procedures and customer service standards.
Prepare staff work schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage.
Order merchandise and maintain appropriate stock levels.
Organize and monitor inventory, including receiving and restocking products.
Authorize returns, exchanges, and discounts in line with store policies.
Resolve customer complaints and address supply or service issues.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual displays, and merchandising standards.
Prepare sales, inventory, and staffing reports and conduct performance reviews.
