We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-food franchise restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain quality standards, supervise staff, and manage financial and operational performance.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive steps to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Oversee employee scheduling, attendance, performance, and workplace conduct.
- Train team members on service standards, food preparation procedures, and safety practices.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records related to staffing, inventory, and sales.
- Promote teamwork and foster a productive work environment focused on service excellence.
- Review sales performance and implement strategies to achieve operational and financial targets
- Manage food and supply inventories to minimize shortages and reduce waste
- Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities to drive business growth
- Ensure all restaurant areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition
Requirements
Minimum high school diploma
Post secondary education preferred
Food Handler Certificate
1-2 years restaurant experience
Worked in all aspects of a fast food restaurant from food prep to cook to manager
Standing for extended periods
Work under pressure in fast paced restaurant
Experience in leading a team of 20+
Must be organized and adaptable
