Salary: 36.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time (Day, Weekend)
Start Date: Starts as soon as possible, Working hours from 13:00 to 21:00

Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting: Various locations
Applicant must be available to work weekends and must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday as part of the regular work schedule.
Tasks
- Identify current and future staffing requirements for multiple company locations in consultation with management and operational supervisors.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for operational, supervisory, and administrative positions.
- Prepare, post, and manage job advertisements through various recruitment channels, job boards, and community outreach initiatives.
- Review applications, screen candidates, assess qualifications, and conduct preliminary interviews to identify suitable applicants.
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes with hiring managers and participate in candidate evaluations and hiring recommendations.
- Prepare employment offers, communicate hiring decisions, and coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, personnel records, and staffing reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor staffing levels, workforce vacancies, employee turnover trends, and operational staffing requirements across multiple work locations.
- Liaise with site supervisors and department managers to assess workforce needs and develop staffing plans to support ongoing operations and new service contracts.
- Coordinate employee orientation programs and assist with onboarding procedures to ensure successful integration of new employees into the organization.
- Coordinate employee training schedules and maintain records of mandatory workplace health and safety training requirements.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding recruitment procedures, staffing policies, workplace practices, and employment-related matters.
- Assist in the implementation of employee retention initiatives, workforce planning activities, and human resources programs designed to support organizational objectives.
- Prepare periodic recruitment, staffing, and workforce utilization reports for management to support operational planning and decision-making.
