Terms of Employment: 24 months and Full-tiem position at 40 hours/week
Salary: $50.13/ per hour, performance review every six months
Job Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate administrative services
- Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services
- Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service
- Collect and record administrative and service billings
- Assist in preparing annual budgets
- Conduct research and manage events
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance,purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
- Interview, hire, train and supervise or arrange for training of staff
- Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
- Organize and maintain inventory
Skills:
- The candidate must have familiarity or working knowledge of the following systems and applications:
- MS Office Programs
- MS Windows
- Electronic Mails
- Social Media
- Google Drives
- Database and Information Management Systems
- Quickbooks and similar accounting programs

- Applicant is a bachelor's degree or a college diploma graduate in business administration or it's equivalent foreign graduates
