Job Title – Administrative Assistant
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (at least 37.5 hours per week)
Wages: $27.5/ Hour

Minimum Education Required: Completion of secondary school is usually required.
Work Experience Required: At least 1 year of work experience is required in a similar role

Responsibilities:
- Handling emails, letter, phone calls and others forms of communication, often
- screening and directing them to appropriate parties.
- Arranging appointments, meetings and maintaining calendars for the team.
- Maintaining files, databases and records, both physical and digital, ensuring
- accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Managing offices supplies, equipment and ensuring the smooth running of office
- operations.
- Inputting data, generating reports and summarizing information for presentations
- or reports.
- Supporting various projects by conducting research, compiling data and providing
- administrative support as needed.
- Booking fights, accommodations and creating itineraries for business trips.
- Assisting colleagues, providing administrative support to other team members,
- and collaborating on tasks or projects.
- Greeting and assisting visitors and clients, directing them to the appropriate
- personnel.
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking, invoicing, and
- possibly payroll assistant.
- Assisting with basic IT issues, troubleshooting office equipment and coordinating
- with IT support when necessary.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality
