Food Service Supervisor

 

 

MBP Foods Ltd., located in Prince George, British Columbia, is seeking to hire a full-time Food Service Supervisor for its restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing the following duties:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules

Job Requirements:

Language : English 

Employment - Type: Full Time, Permanent, 30 to 35 hours per week

Wage: $23.00 per hour

 

Skills requirements and Experience:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
