Location: 8695 Escarpment Way, Milton, ON L9T 0J5
Salary: $38 hourly / 30 hours per week
Overtime: 1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Duites & Responsibilities -
- Prepare operational reports on driver activities, deliveries, fleet performance, and transportation schedules.
- Recommend improvements to transportation procedures to enhance efficiency, safety, and servicequality.
- Resolve operational and driver-related issues while providing guidance to improve productivity andperformance.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of truck drivers and transportation personnel.
- Train new drivers and arrange ongoing training on safety, compliance, and company procedures.
- Monitor fleet operations, driver logs, GPS systems, and dispatch communications.
- Coordinate driver schedules, route assignments, and daily transportation activities.
- Recommend hiring, performance management, and other personnel-related actions.
- Order and maintain transportation-related equipment, supplies, and safety materials.
Eligibility Requirements -
- A Secondary school graduation certificate is the minimum educational requirement for this job.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail in dispatching and record-keeping.
- Client-focused approach with the ability to maintain positive customer relationships.
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills with strong English proficiency.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and operational demands.
