Responsibilities:
Tasks
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage restaurant budgets, control costs, and support overall business profitability.
- Manage staff performance, provide training, and maintain a productive work environment.
- Recruit, schedule, and coordinate staff duties to meet operational requirements.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and pricing strategies in line with company standards.
- Implement restaurant policies, service procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee stock management activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports, manage cash handling procedures, and reconcile financial records.
- Conduct staff evaluations and support continuous improvement in restaurant operations.
