Salary:  $20.00/hour / 35 - 40 hours per week

Job requirements: 

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience is required

 

Specific Skills: 

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
• Establish work schedules
