Work will include supervising employees, overseeing and ensuring efficient workflow. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of production and operations.

Position: Farm Supervisor

Salary: $23.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

 

• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
• Prepare reports regarding farm conditions, yields, machinery breakdowns, or labour problems.
• Supervise & oversee the growing & other crop-related operations and train farm workers.
• Make sure all the safety procedures are followed by the workers.
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures.
• May perform the same agricultural duties as subordinates.

 

Job Requirements

 

• Minimum 1-year of farm experience.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Ability to supervise and work in a fast-paced environment which may be physically demanding.
