Truck Drivers Supervisor – Full Time

Steed Logistic is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our growing transportation team in Brampton, Ontario. The successful candidate will supervise daily trucking operations, coordinate driver schedules, and ensure efficient and safe delivery services.

Job Details:
Location: 1310 Steeles Ave. E., Brampton, ON L6T 1A2
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 40 to 60 hours per week
Wage: $37.50 – $40.00 per hour (negotiable)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: On-site only

Work Schedule:
Morning, evening, night, weekend, overtime, on-call, and shift work may be required.

Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma
• 2 to 3 years of related supervisory experience in the trucking industry
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Criminal record check may be required

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of truck drivers and dispatch staff.
• Assign delivery routes and schedules to ensure efficient transportation operations.
• Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain transportation logs, delivery records, and driver attendance reports.
• Inspect vehicles regularly and coordinate maintenance and repair services when required.
• Train new drivers on safety procedures, route planning, and company standards.
• Resolve delivery delays, route issues, and customer service concerns promptly.
• Monitor fuel usage, GPS tracking systems, and transportation efficiency to reduce operational costs.
• Ensure drivers comply with cargo securement, traffic laws, and transportation regulations.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and management to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.
