Because we do not currently have specialized technicians for this sector, we are actively expanding our operations to meet this demand. As we expand our service requests for heavy machinery, we require dedicated talent whose skills will contribute significantly to our success.
Roles and Responsibilities
Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and hydraulic problems in heavy-duty machinery.
Repair or replace faulty parts in diesel engines, transmissions, and heavy suspension systems.
Perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment, including high-capacity fluid and filter changes.
Conduct inspections to ensure heavy equipment meets provincial regulatory standards.
Maintain detailed records of all repair work, logs, and technical reports.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required
Education: High School Diploma or Trade Certification.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in heavy equipment repair.
Key Skills: Ability to diagnose and repair heavy-duty machinery, work independently, and maintain precise records.
Detailed Conditions of Employment & Benefits
Probationary Period: The initial 3 months are probationary.
Overtime Pay: 1.5x regular wage ($37.50/hour) after 44 hours/week.
Vacation Time and Vacation Pay: 4% vacation pay.
Holiday Pay: Paid statutory holidays according to New Brunswick employment standards.
