About the Company
CheeZaatar Group operates multiple restaurant locations across Ontario and is actively expanding through franchise development in Canada and internationally.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food Services Manager to support franchise growth, operational training, and brand standard implementation across current and future locations.
Main Responsibilities
- Support franchise expansion initiatives and assist with onboarding new franchise locations
- Develop and deliver operational training programs for new franchisees and management teams
- Travel to franchise locations as required to provide operational support and training
- Ensure franchise locations operate according to company procedures, food quality standards, and brand guidelines
- Assist franchisees with restaurant setup, workflow implementation, inventory systems, and staff training
- Monitor operational performance across multiple locations and recommend improvements
- Prepare operational manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with ownership and management regarding expansion planning and franchise support
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and training management staff for new locations
- Conduct operational evaluations and provide ongoing support to franchise partners
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and customer service standards
- Support business development and growth strategies for new markets
Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management, multi-unit operations, or franchise support
- Strong leadership, training, and organizational skills
- Ability to train and mentor teams in a fast-paced food service environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel between locations when required
- Experience supporting franchise operations is considered an asset
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or a related field is considered an asset
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational projects
- Strong understanding of operational consistency and brand standards
