Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest services, leading a team, and ensuring smooth service delivery. This role offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Duties

  • Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient service flow and adherence to quality standards
  • Assist with guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Train new staff members on service protocols, company policies, and guest interaction standards
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support professional development
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times within the facility.
  • Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and uphold brand standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leadership or managerial roles
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team-leading role is mandatory
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and commitment
