Little Caesars Pizza is hiring a full-time Restaurant Assistant Manager.
Job Details:
- $30.00 per hour
- 32 hours per week
- Permanent, full-time
- On-site position
Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
- Determine service standards and implement operational procedures
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff and monitor employee performance
- Prepare work schedules and manage staffing requirements
- Control inventory, monitor revenues, and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain high customer service standards
- Coordinate with suppliers for food, equipment, and operational needs
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or restaurant environment, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
