Responsibilities
Tasks
- Work closely with yard managers, scale operators, dispatchers, and sales teams to understand daily operations and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for CRM and reporting systems.
- Define data integration points between CRM, weighbridge software, accounting systems, and Power Bi dashboards.
- Collaborate with software vendors and IT partners to ensure seamless system integration.
- Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm that systems meet business requirements and perform reliably in operational environments.
- Develop and execute implementation plans for new software solutions, including staff training and change management.
- Provide hands-on support during rollout and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Create and maintain training documentation, quick-reference guides, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot issues and serve as the first point of contact for technology-related inquiries.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct regular progress updates and performance reviews of implemented systems.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for ongoing system enhancement and automation.
- All administrative responsibilities related to supervising the Scale Operators
