Do you have current sales experience within the 'Ontario' staffing industry? 

Talencor is seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to both inside and outside sales, solid negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients across various industries. The BDR plays a vital role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional customer service across their region.

Duties:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inside and outside sales efforts 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and closing of agreements
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches effectively
  • Assist in developing sales strategies that align with company goals and growth objectives
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in business development within the 'Ontario fing industry.'
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and marketing strategies with in the staffing industry
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic planning
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and meet sales targets consistently
  • Currently resides in Ontario

This is primarily a remote role, working from home, on the road, and/or spending time in our office. Full flexibility.
