Shift and schedule: Shift, Weekend, to be determined
Supervision: 3-4 People
Language: English
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales management or marketing management required.
Education: Completion a three-year college diploma or a higher level of education required.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations;
- Determine the products to be sold , locate and procure merchandise;
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth;
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering stock, receiving shipments, and conducting regular inventory counts;
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales;
- Plan and implement merchandise displays and promotional layouts to attract customers;
- Develop and manage the store’s budget to control costs and maximize profitability;
- Create work schedules and assign duties to ensure proper shift coverage;
- Motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards;
- Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff;
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints professionally;
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
