Job Requirements:
- A university degree or college diploma in marketing, business administration, or in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm’s real estate legal services to target clients, including homebuyers, investors, and developers.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to identify business development opportunities and enhance the firm’s market presence.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, online advertising, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain referral networks with real estate professionals such as agents, mortgage brokers, and developers.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, client outreach activities, and informational seminars related to real estate transactions.
- Monitor marketing performance, manage the marketing budget, and provide strategic recommendations to improve results.
