We are hiring a skilled Countertop Installer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position with an established company operating since 1999.

Patra Stone Works Ltd specializes in natural stone and quartz fabrication and installation for residential and commercial projects across the Lower Mainland. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-quality installation, finishing, and repair of stone surfaces including countertops and custom applications. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver precise, professional workmanship on every project.

Wage Rate: $37.00/Hour, 40 hours per week
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts (Monday to Friday)

Education Requirement: High School is required.

Work Experience Requirement: 3 to 5 years of related experience in stone installation or countertop installation is required

Language:  Basic English

Job Duties of Countertop Installer:

• Read and interpret drawings, templates, and installation specifications to determine layout and installation procedures
• Measure, position, and install stone surfaces to ensure proper leveling, alignment, and secure installation
• Install and repair stone surfaces including countertops, fireplaces, showers, wall cladding, and custom applications
• Join stone seams using appropriate adhesives and standard installation techniques
• Perform on-site adjustments including cutting, grinding, polishing, and finishing using portable power tools
• Cut and finish sink openings, edges, and custom cutouts according to templates and specifications
• Conduct color matching of stone and resin materials to ensure a consistent finish
• Perform finishing work including chip repair, polishing, and detailing
• Seal natural stone surfaces after installation when required
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met prior to client handoff
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at job sites
