About the Role
EZ Flow Inc. is seeking motivated and hardworking Construction Workers to join our team in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. The successful candidates will support various construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
• Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
• Support drilling and blasting operations on construction sites
• Tend, feed, or operate construction machinery and equipment
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites as required
• Assist equipment operators in securing attachments to equipment or trucks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations
Work Environment
• Outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Work at heights and in confined spaces
• Dusty and physically demanding environment
• Fast-paced setting requiring attention to safety and detail
Qualifications & Requirements
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant construction experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and handle heavy loads
• Strong hand-eye coordination and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts
Physical Requirements
• Handling loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Repetitive tasks and manual labor
• Standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly Wage: $22.00 – $23.00 (negotiable)
