Hours: 40 hours per week
Wage: $64–$68 per hour
Duties:
- Oversee the delivery of IT services, including system support, infrastructure, and client solutions
- Develop and maintain service procedures and standards to ensure consistent service quality
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and address service-related inquiries and issues
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely implementation and support of IT systems
- Monitor service performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
- Supervise and support service staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Manage service budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Identify opportunities to improve services and support business growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security requirements
- Prepare reports on service performance and operations
Education:
- Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience
