Contract/ Full-time 40 hours/week paid at $20/hr
Job Responsibilities:
- Determine the size of food portions and costs
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations
- Operate Machinery
- Ensure that the quality of products meets establishd standards
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Prepare special orders
Work Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment and work on tight schedules
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Standing for extended periods
- Walking and Physically Demanding
Job requirements:
- At least high school graduate or it's equivalent foreign graduates
- Work Experience of at least 1 year
- Can speak and write in English
