Duties to be performed:
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold
- Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Determine staffing requirements
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Supervise 5 to 10 employees
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary/High School Graduation Certificate
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Of Previous experience as a Floor Manager or relative role in retail store establishments
- Language: English
