Responsibilities
Tasks
- Co-ordinate daily administrative services, including patient scheduling, reception, billing support, and records management.
- Evaluate administrative procedures and implement improvements to enhance clinic efficiency and patient service.
- Manage the operations of administrative departments to ensure smooth front-office and back-office support.
- Oversee multiple administrative functions, including patient records, insurance coordination, and office communications.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily administrative operations of the dental clinic.
- Direct and advise staff involved in records management, purchasing, finance support, and general office administration.
- Interview, hire, onboard, and train administrative staff to maintain operational standards and service quality.
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for office operations, supplies, equipment, and service contracts.
- Assist in financial reporting, billing reviews, and the preparation of documents for audits and compliance purposes.
- Manage and co-ordinate clinic events, patient engagement initiatives, and administrative support for promotional activities.
