Machinist
At FGL, they specialize in new molds, designed, engineered and manufactured to meet their customer’s specifications. Their comprehensive services include custom machining, mold alterations and maintenance. We are seeking to enhance our company team by welcoming a Machinist proficient in mold making.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to plan machining operations and sequence.
Operate a variety of machine tools, including CNC machines, for precision machining tasks
Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of manual machines and hand tools to
perform precision, non-repetitive machining operations
Fit, spot and assemble machined metal parts and subassemblies using hand and
power tools
Verify dimensions of machined parts for accuracy and conformance to
specifications using precision measuring instruments
Diagnose issues, problem solve and repair in field injection molds
Report deviations from specifications and tolerances to supervisor
Complete and maintain inspection reports
Position may require programming of machines at times
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in the same industry
Experience working on an EDM is required
Salary: $36.00/hour

Language: At least intermediate English in oral proficiency, reading and writing is required.
